What happens when you join a website list.
The signup forms collect your email address, your selected interests, the consent wording, the date of signup, and the page where you signed up. Records are stored in the organization’s Wix account. This page describes these website signup forms.
Two separate choices
The 2027 conference waitlist is for conference ticket announcements. General updates are a separate choice. The extra general-updates checkbox on the waitlist is optional and starts unchecked. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a ticket.
How the information is used
Your email is added to Wix Contacts and marked as subscribed, with a label for the list you selected. A private record retains the signup and consent details. These records are restricted to authorized site administrators.
Changing your choice
Email LGSOWH@gmail.com to ask about your information, change which updates you receive, or request removal. Marketing emails sent through Wix include its unsubscribe controls.
Other websites
Donation, adoption, ticketing, and social-media links may open other services. Those services handle the information you provide to them under their own policies.
