A Journey from the Wilds of Nevada to a Forever Wild Home

I'm a beautiful sorrel mare with a distinctive star and strip on my face and a white sock on my left front leg. I was born around January 2020 in Nevada's Clan Alpine herd area, where I spent my early years living wild and free.

On November 12, 2023, when I was almost four years old, my life changed when I was rounded up and removed from the land I called home.

The BLM identified me as #2777,. But I'm so much more than a number. I'm a wild horse with a story, a past, and a future waiting to unfold. I'm still waiting for someone special to give me a name of my own.

Could you be the one to name me?

Now, at approximately six years old, a wonderful new chapter is waiting for me. After nearly three years away from the range, I have the opportunity to leave holding behind and return to a life with room to roam, surrounded by other wild horses, at my forever home with Rewilding America Now.

I may have lost the freedom I was born into, but thanks to the kindness and generosity of people who care, I have the chance to experience that freedom again.

My story isn't finished. The best chapter may be just beginning.
