These are many of yearling as young foals from Adobe Town Herd Management Area in Wyoming being rounded up They were born to live with their families, on our public lands that are their home. So remember their future now depends on all of us.

Chapter 2: A Second Chance
In early May, attendees of the National Wild Horse & Burro Conference visited the Bureau of Land Management's Delta Holding Facility, where they met wild horses and burros still waiting for a brighter future.
What happened next showed the power of compassion and collaboration.
That day, Heather, Sophie, and Kerry opened their hearts by adopting a Yearling, giving them the new beginning they deserved.

Chapter 3: The Journey Continues
During the visit, advocates worked together to select a group of sale-authority yearlings for another chance.
These young horses got on the Baby Freedom Bus to the Wild Horse Summit at the Wild Horse Refuge, where they will receive professional gentling before meeting potential adopters.
The Gentling, Meeting and Adoption will be the 6th to 8th of August.
Their story is still being written.
